Began partnership in July 2006 ... Switched training sites in February 2013 to be coached by Igor Shpilband in Novi, Mich., following seven seasons in Ann Arbor, Mich., with coaches Yasa Nechaeva and Yuri Chesnichenko.

Kriengkrairut started skating at 6 ... Formerly skated with Jon Lauten (2005-06) ... Previously coached by Gary Irving, Dawn Franklin and Bob Mock.

Giulietti-Schmitt started skating at age 3 because his older sister, Allegra, skated ... Formerly skated with Caitlin Morocco (1999-2000) and Mauri Gustafson (2004-06) ... Previously coached by Jeremy Lieb and Pierre Panayi.


Kriengkrairut graduated in December 2012 from the University of Michigan with a degree in pre-medicine (concentration in biopsychology, cognition and neuroscience) ... Was a golfer in high school, and played a tournament the day before she had a right lower lung lobectomy; was rushed to the hospital after the tournament, and found out she won the next day. (This procedure signaled an end to her golf career.).

Giulietti-Schmitt graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2008 with a degree in geology ... Member of the Sierra Club, an organization devoted to protecting the environment ... Coaches skating part time and is the director of the Ann Arbor Ice Cube Basic Skills learn-to-skate program.
