Hawayek and Bramante are the 2011 U.S. novice bronze medalists ... Started skating together in June 2010.

Hawayek began skating when she was 4 -- "My older older brother played hockey, and I was always at the rink watching him." ... Participated in the basic Skills Program from 2000-02 ... Father, Jonathan, works in pharmaceuticals and mother, Kirstin, is a consultant ... Has an older brother (Bradley, 17) and a younger brother (Nathan, 11) ... Bramante started skating when he was 4 years old -- "My best friend, Mikey, was told to skate by his orthopedist, so I joined him and fell in love with skating fast!" ... Previously competed with Crystal Parisek and Susan Enright, winning the intermediate silver medal at the 2008 U.S. Junior Championships with the latter ...
