Katz began skating at age 5 after begging her parents to take her ... Biggest influence in her life is her sister ... Biggest life-defining moment was when her sister was born ... If she weren't a skater, she'd want to be a writer or a politician ... Hobbies include reading, listening to music, going to the beach in the summer, taking long walks and cooking ...
