Teamed up in 2006...Velenosi also competes in singles and is the 2008 Canadian junior bronze medalist...Began skating when she was 3...She also participated in gymnastics for six years, winning the floor exercise and placing third overall at the provincial championships in her division...Is a junior at Glory Senior High School.

Fernandez started skating when he was 6...Played hockey, baseball and soccer when he was younger...His hobbies include playing tennis and soccer, and watching television and movies...He previously skated with Kristen Lambrinakos-Raymond and Jennifer Thibodeau, with whom he won the Canadian novice title in 2005...Studying civil engineering at Concordia University.
