Pair teamed up in 2005 after Langlois broke up with partner Patrice Archetto ... Both began skating at age 11 ... Langlois' bag with her skates was lost on the the way to the Cup of Russia in November 2006, forcing the couple to withdraw from the event ... They won their first national title in 2008 ... Langlois suffered a spiral fracture to her lower right fibula in July 2008; the injury was only supposed to sideline her for a couple months, but it did not heal ... The team missed the entire 2008-09 season due to Langlois' injury ... Doctors removed the plate and pins from her bones in February 2009, because they were not helping the healing process; removing them was thought to be the only way to get the couple skating in time for the Olympic season ... They returned to practice in March 2009.
