IN MY WORDS
If I wasn't a figure skater ... I would be a swimmer or a tennis player.
I look up to ... my brother. He is my best example and motivates me to never give up and work toward my goals.
My favorite thing about being a figure skater is ... knowing that not very many people can do what I do, and knowing how lucky I am to have an opportunity to skate!
My figure skating hero is ... Mao Asada (Japan). Especially when she had that very shaky season and problems with her personal life, she still fought through and didn't give up.
My favorite thing about performing is ... being the only one out there on the ice for everyone to see!
Something most people don't know about me is ... I speak fluent Russian.
After I'm done skating, I want to ... attend college and hopefully pursue a career in the medical field.
The best moment of my figure skating career thus far was ... winning the junior ladies bronze medal at the 2011 U.S. championships and taking fifth place at 2011 JGP Austria.
Every day before skating ... I put my skates on the exact same way. First the right skate then the left skate. Then I tie up the right skate halfway, then the left one halfway. Finally, I tie the right one to the top and then the left one to the top. It never changes.
My hobbies are ... reading, drawing, going out with friends and playing tennis.
I manage my pre-skate jitters by ... listening to music.
MY FAVORITES
Ways to condition off-ice: Jog, jump rope, do sit ups

Program of my career: In 2010, I skated my novice free skate to the Addams Family soundtrack. I placed third in novice ladies that year the U.S. Championships. The choreography was stunning and everything went perfectly with the music.
Costume of my career: The one that went with the Addams Family program. It stood out because I had a big spiderweb on my side and I had black tights to go with my dress instead of nude ones.
