Tuktamisheva is the 2013 Russian champion, the 2013 European bronze medalist, the 2011 world junior silver medalist and 2010 Junior Grand Prix Final silver medalist.

Started skating at age 4 1/2 after befriending other girls who were figure skaters ... Splits her training time between Glazov and St. Petersburg ... Has landed triple Axels in practice ... Younger sister, Evgenia, is also a figure skater ... Won the free skate at the 2009 Russian Championships at the age of 12 and earned the silver medal ... Hobbies include hairdressing, watching TV and surfing the web ... Won gold in her Grand Prix Series debut at 2011 Skate Canada, becoming the youngest champion at the event since 1981.
