Firth began skating at age 7 because her sisters skated, and she got bored watching them from off the ice ... Her sister, Chelsea, competed at the U.S. Junior Championships at the juvenile level ... Enjoys writing poetry, going to church and youth group, reading, playing the piano and IMing her friends ... After her skating career, would like to become a show skater and eventually coach ... Has an interest in choreography ... Father was a pitcher for Canisius College's baseball team.
