Well, I'm officially halfway through my first senior Grand Prix of the season! Ashley (my roomie here!) and I had great skates today, so we are very excited. I'm stoked about my short program performance, especially since it was my first competition of the season. I think it's a great start to this year, so I'm looking forward to the long tomorrow!
Despite being focused on skating while I'm here, I've been busy working on a paper for my writing class and a problem set for my vector calculus class. My first midterm at Stanford will be for my calc class on Tuesday after I arrive home on Monday (yikes!), but studying for it has helped keep my mind off skating!
Ash and I are off to watch the men's event later tonight to cheer on Adam and Ross, so that's all for now!
