"Keiffer and I are very grateful for the past 10 years skating with Yasa and Yuri. Both Yasa and Yuri are amazing coaches," Madison said. "However, we had to make a very difficult decision based on the goals we have set for ourselves."
The Hubbells' new coaching team will include Camerlengo, Angelika Krylova, Elizabeth Swallow and Natalia Deller. Camerlengo and Krylova also coach reigning European silver medalist ice dancers Federica Faiella and Massimo Scali.
"We are looking forward to and are excited about working with Pasquale, Angelika and everyone at the Detroit Figure Skating Club," Madison said.
Under the tutelage of Chesnichenko and Nechaeva, the Hubbells won U.S. championships at the juvenile, intermediate and junior levels, and claimed the pewter medal at the 2009 AT&T U.S. Figure Skating Championships in their first season as seniors.
The brother-and-sister team won both of its Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating Series events last season, in South Africa and Mexico, and took home the silver from the 2008 Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final.
